RETURN, EXCHANGE,REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• For any concerns/grievances/complaints/feedback related to your purchase(s)/experience(s) with us, please write to us within 30 days of your purchase at our email id support@delhidutyfree.co.in.
   
• We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price(s) of product(s) are correct and up to date and that the product(s) is available at our store. However, due to some technical or other glitch it may happen that the price(s) of product(s) displayed on our website at times may not be updated or revised or realistic or the product(s) displayed on our website is out of stock. In all such case(s) even after receipt of online booking(s) confirmation by you (after payment of purchase price of product(s) by you) we may cancel the said booking(s) and provide you the refund. To provide such refund, we may request you to provide the details of the mode via which you have made the payment to us online and thereafter within 15-20 working days of receipt of information from you we will provide you the refund.
• The exchange of a product is applicable only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is received in a damaged condition from us.
• The return of a product is possible only if we have provided you a product other than what has been billed to you.
• For any exchange or return, please do write to us at email id support@delhidutyfree.co.in within 30 days of your purchase along with an image of the product, copy of the bill, copy of the passport and a note explaining the reasons for seeking such exchange or return.
• On receipt of your email, we may seek additional information from you. Thereafter, basis our internal assessment and approval, the decision would be taken whether the exchange or return is applicable or not. The decision would be communicated to you within 21 working days from the receipt of full details from you.
• If the exchange is permitted by us, then on next international trip by yourself or your family or friends you can claim exchange from the same shop (arrivals/departures respectively) from which you have purchased it. To make necessary arrangements for exchange, please inform 7 days prior to travel at email id support@delhidutyfree.co.in. We will thereafter connect with you and may seek additional details. If the product for which the exchange is sought is not available at the shop, then you have the option to buy any other product of same or higher value in which case for higher value product the differential amount would be required to be paid at the shop.
• In case the return is permitted by us, then the product must be sent at our office and we will return the money in the same mode (after inspecting the said product) and manner in which we have received it from you.
• Please note that in all cases where exchange or return is approved, the product must be given to us intact, unused with no alterations and with all labels/tags duly affixed on the product else we may deny the exchange or refund even though we have approved it earlier (as we have not seen the physical product earlier). 

NOTE: 

•  We reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions or cancel the booking/purchase made with us online/offline at any point of time, without assigning any reason.
• All purchases, online or offline, are subject to any applicable customs regulations. Adherence to customs regulations is your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in any manner if you purchase more product(s) than permitted by the applicable regulations.
• If, for any reason, you are unable to collect the product(s) booked online, then your booking will be cancelled as due to the customs regulations, we are unable to deliver any uncollected product(s) to an alternative address. Please note that the product(s) can only be collected from the designated collection point at that airport.
• The images of the product(s) and any packaging (if applicable) on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that. The product(s) may vary slightly from those images.
• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under if there occurs any factor(s) which is/are out of our control which includes but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks, supplier default or delay.
• All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India.
